Shipping & Delivery

For Local Shipping (Within Singapore)
There will be 3 types of shipping method within Singapore.
- Normal Postage Mail
Please select (with Normal Postage) if you wish to Opt via Normal Postage.
It will take normally 3 - 4 days to reach your letterbox.
Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damage to the item during the delivery process

- Standard Registered Mail (Recommended)
Please select (with Registered Mail) if you wish to Opt via Normal Postage.
(Please note that you have to top up additional of $2.50 on top of the postage. The amount you seen in (with Registered Mail $xxxx) have already included $2.50)
It will take normally 1 - 2 days to reach your doorstep.
A Registered Article (RA) Number will be provided after Parcel has sent. You may want to check the status of the parcel and make necessary arrangement. Eg. Ensure that someone is at home to receive the parcel. It will be between 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday, excluding public holiday)
If there is nobody at home during the delivery hour, you can either arrange for a redelivery OR collect the parcel at the nearest Post office. Postman will leave a delivery advice card for you.

- Speedpost
Speedpost will be auto-charged if you purchase more than 11 scarves.
Postage will be charged according to Speedpost Island Service Rate from Singpost.
A tracking number will be provided after parcel has sent. You may want to check the status of the parcel and make necessary arrangement. Eg. Ensure that someone is at home to receive the parcel. It will be between 8am-10pm (Monday-Friday, everyday) or you may call the courier to request change of delivery time if nobody is at home to receive the parcel.

For Overseas Shipping
There will be 2 types of shipping method
- Standard Registered Airmail
Ideal for parcel weigh not exceeding 2KG (Not more than 11pcs of scarf)
It will take normal 4 – 16 Days working day (for Major Cities) after the parcels have been sent depending on the country.
We recommended to add additional $2.20 (Registered Mail) on top of the postage fee. With Registered Mail, you are able to track on the status of the parcel.

- SpeedPost Air Parcel
Postage will be charged according to Speedpost Air Parcel Rate from Singpost
It will take normal 6 – 16 Days working day (for Major Cities) after the parcels have been sent depending on the country.
